Uncle Leong Signatures is located at 83 Punggol Central #B1-21 Waterway Point East Wing, Singapore 828761. The environment at Uncle Leong Signature is different from its brother outlets,
having a more western renovation which resembles a café for a more
comfortable ambience. The menu concept also takes on a more café style,
reducing waiting time to about 15 minutes upon order.

Get your coffee fix with Nescafe Pork Ribs - 传统咖啡排骨! A unique take on the pork ribs dish with a savoury coffee kick. The pork ribs were marinated for at least 4 hours with a special blend and stewed with aluminium foils to keep the intensity of the flavour.
Cereal Chicken, $16.90
Can I just say this is my favourite dish, on par with the shimmering sand crab? It's awesome how the cereal and chicken come together so well!!! Delight for the tastebuds. Not to mention how tender the chicken was as well.
Twin Taste Kai Lan, $15.90
As the name suggests, a different dish to try other then the usual boring mixed vegetables set.
Treasure Box Beancurd, $16.90
A little on the bland side, but still a special dish due to the mixed flavours of tofu and small prawns and ingredients inside.
Pan Fried Prawns in Tomato Sauce, $19.90

XO Sauce with Scallop XO, $19.90
Tactfully using the XO sauce to bring about for fragrance and flavoured to the scallops led to the creation of the Scallops in XO Sauce – XO 酱带子. Delicious tasty scallops well-cooked and seasoned.
