Okay now that I'm done gushing over The Entertainer App (going to really make good use of the offers now that I've got my hands on the app!!! hehehe), let's take a look at the spacious and cozy ambience over at Lime Deli!
This part features a part-open concept where you can see the chef adding some finishing touches to the food.

Chef Hasan De Four telling us about the origin of their authentic Caribbean dishes! Just a little bio about him here:
Chef Hasan’s friendly demeanour and infectious enthusiasm for food has also turned him into a media celebrity in his own right. In 2009, he accompanied Michelin Star Chef Gary Rhodes on his latest television series for UKTVFood ‘Rhodes Across the Caribbean’ and in 2011 Hasan hosted his own TV series ‘Country Cooking’ on Tempo Networks, which boasts an audience of over 3.5 million across the Caribbean and U.S. Hasan has appeared with the Hairy Bikers on BBC and on Marrying Mom and Dad, on CCBC and more recently has been a presence on the Singapore media circuit with interviews on Channel News Asia and 93.8 Live FM as well as a feature in The Straits Times.

One thing that amazed me was that they include a lot of curry in their dishes! This curry dish is called the Curry Goat! Now, I love curry (when it's not too spicy for me hahaha) and this dish was no exception. As Chef Hasan told us, the origin of Caribbean food does include Indian food as well, which explains the curry.
We had such a good time enjoying the yummy food as well as talking to the other bloggers!
