Bata, global footwear and fashion accessory manufacturer and retailer, is launching its upcoming Fall/Winter 2016 Collection this October.
I attended the grand opening of Bata's new outlet at the newly revamped Compass One and got to bag home a pair of Bata footwear!
Established in 1894, the 122-year-old footwear company has a presence in at least 70 countries, where it operates more than 24 production facilities and 5000 retails stores worldwide. The Bata family's love for shoes, further reflected in its slogan "We love shoes", is evident in its continued efforts to keep up with the latest shoe trends, and to manufacture high quality yet affordable shoes for people of all ages.
Today, Bata has grown to be a leading footwear manufacturer in Singapore and operates a retail chain of more than 40 stores. A crowd was gathered around the Bata outlet at Compass One as the opening ceremony featured the ever-popular traditional lion dance to bring wealth and prosperity to Bata!

Bata's upcoming Fall/Winter collection is in tune with its motto of providing quality styles at affordable prices, and Bata fans can expect to fall head over heels in love with the chic, trendy styles up for grabs. I did not take much photos but Bata has so many outlets in Singapore which you can find HERE so just head down to your nearest neighbourhood store to check out the new collection of styles!
I chose this pair of formal black heels for work and it's really comfortable! It's soft inside and walking in it is a breeze. The exterior is slightly tough though, but will soften over time after breaking in.
