For the first time in Singapore Derby history, two public roadshows will serve as curtain-raisers to this year’s Emirates Singapore Derby, touted as one of the most anticipated events on the local racing calendar.
From 25 June to 10 July this year, racing fans and members of the public can look forward to a series of fun-filled equine activities and interactive sessions with horses at lifestyle destinations over two weekends, before culminating in the running of the Group 1 Emirates Singapore Derby over 2,000m on turf at the Singapore Racecourse on Sunday, 10 July 2016.

The longstanding partnership between Singapore Turf Club (STC) and Emirates has made Emirates Singapore Derby not only a premier racing event, but a highly covetable social event as well. To match the exhilarating action of the thoroughbreds vying for the $1.15 million prize money in this final Leg of the Singapore Four-Year-Old Challenge, there will be a dazzling showcase of derby fashion with best dressed ladies donning their hats and fascinators and gentlemen in their smart looking suits.
