Embark on a Brick-Tacular journey with LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort as it presents new rides, attractions, and activities this holiday season. Throughout December, guests are welcome to experience the specially set-up ‘snow’ village with machine providing the special snow effects four times a day, one-of-a-kind Christmas market that sells various festive items and, interactive and entertaining Christmas shows.
I had the chance to visit Legoland with my friends Sophie and Zonghan, and we had a fun time there together! Read on to find out what goodies Legoland has in store for you this Christmas season!
This festive season, LEGOLAND® has prepared many fun activities and presents for their guests! There are a host of interactive activities lined up for guests to immerse themselves into the season’s jolly good spirits. LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort’s highly anticipated Christmas activities includes

- Christmas Show @ LEGO® City
- Advent calendar activities from the 1st to 31st of December
- Asia’s tallest LEGO® DUPLO® Christmas Tree Light Up

The advent calendar activity is one of the highlight as there are 31 days of exclusive daily prizes to be won when guests participate in LEGOLAND's Advent Calendar draw at the Theme Park! Check out their Facebook page HERE to see all the amazing prizes that have already been won/
It will complement the lighting of its unique Christmas tree which in fact is the tallest in Asia, made entirely of DUPLO® Blocks. A spectacular 3D LEGO® fireworks display is also set to light up the resort’s skies on the 31st of December, as LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort ushers in a brand-new year.
Apart from the many activities, LEGOLAND® will also be presenting it’s all new Snow Village located in LEGO® City this year. 10 interactive huts can be found in Snow Village where guests can win prizes upon participating in activities prepared! Yes of course you'll get to experience 'snow' in this Snow Village as well!
The KL Cluster features historical buildings, land marks and skyscrapers of the capital city. It has been upgraded this year with new additions to the cluster; in line with the resort’s aim to constantly enhance its guests’ experience. Some of the new additions include Bukit Bintang, Tabung Haji Tower, Sri Mahamariamman Temple, Wau Bulan Arch, National Monument, Sam Kow Tong Temple and Petaling Street Arch.
Malaysia Resort launches its latest attraction, LEGO® NINJAGO™ The Ride based on the popular LEGO® NINJAGO™ TV series. This attraction is the largest investment LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort has made outside of its first opening. LEGO® NINJAGO™ The Ride is a fully immersive 4D dark ride – which means it is experienced in 3D and features effects such as heat, smoke and wind throughout the adventure.
This was us wearing our 3D glasses and trying out our skills at the NINJAGO ride!
The highlight of the ride is the state-of-the-art hand gesture technology that allows guests to shoot fire, ice, lightning and shockwaves with their hands. High-tech sensors register hand movements with incredible accuracy and launch these virtual projectiles at NINJAGO enemies such as snake tribes, ghosts, skeletons and the Great Devourer. The ride takes immersion to a new level and redefines the theme park experience.
So strap on and buckle up for the best holiday experience at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort! Get to enjoy the exciting activities and new attractions amidst quality family time together. Nowhere I'd rather be for Christmas!
